Job Summary
Good Neighbors Ethiopia is seeking a Senior Human Resource Manager to oversee all aspects of the HR department, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, compensation, and benefits. The role is responsible for developing HR policies, ensuring legal compliance, managing employee relations, and providing leadership to the HR team.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee full-cycle HR operations encompassing recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, compensation, and benefits.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs to ensure regulatory compliance and high employee satisfaction.
Manage employee relations, handle conflict resolution, and address workplace issues with strict confidentiality.
Administer employee benefit programs, oversee payroll processing, and maintain data accuracy and HR records.
Lead strategic HR planning, drive organizational development, and provide mentorship to the HR team.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor''s degree in Human Resource Management, Public Administration, or General Management (a Master''s degree or professional HR certification is a plus).
Experience
5 to 8 years of total experience, with a minimum of 2 to 3 years in a managerial HR role.
Required Skills
Technical Skills:
Data analysis, HRIS and technology, HR software proficiency, and deep knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
Core Competencies:
Recruitment and selection, training and development, strong leadership, team management, and basic knowledge of user interface communication.
