Job Summary
A Bank Customer Relationship Manager (CRM), or Relationship Manager (RM), builds and manages client accounts, drives sales of financial products like loans and deposits, ensures high service satisfaction, and resolves customer issues while maintaining full compliance with banking and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable banking products and services, including loans and deposit products.
Drive sales growth and support resource mobilization by attracting new customers and expanding existing client accounts.
Monitor customer satisfaction and address complaints and service-related issues promptly.
Develop and maintain customer relationships to support customer retention and long-term business growth.
Ensure all customer relationship activities comply with applicable banking regulations, internal policies, and procedures.
Support the achievement of customer acquisition, deposit mobilization, and other business targets.
Educational Qualifications
BSc or BA degree in Accounting, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Banking and Finance, or related fields.
Experience Requirements
Minimum of 8 years of experience in Customer Relationship and Resource Mobilization activities in the banking industry.
At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory position or as a Customer Relationship Manager.
