Job Summary
Hamracon Construction is seeking experienced and qualified professionals for the position of
Construction Foreman
. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising construction activities, coordinating workers, and ensuring that work is completed efficiently and according to project requirements.
About the Job
Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities and site workers.
Assign tasks to workers according to project plans and schedules.
Monitor the progress and quality of construction work.
Ensure construction activities are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and standards.
Coordinate the use of construction materials, tools, and equipment.
Monitor workers'' attendance, productivity, and performance.
Identify and report construction issues, delays, and material requirements to the relevant supervisor.
Ensure workers follow site safety rules, procedures, and proper use of PPE.
Coordinate with engineers, site supervisors, contractors, and other project personnel.
Maintain daily records of construction activities and work progress.
Ensure proper housekeeping and organization of the construction site.
Perform other construction-related duties assigned by management.
Experience
Minimum of
8 years of relevant experience
in construction work and site supervision.
Educational Requirements
Relevant educational qualification in Construction, Civil Engineering, Building Construction, or a related field.
Required Skills and Competencies
Strong knowledge of construction site operations and work procedures.
Ability to supervise and coordinate construction workers effectively.
Good understanding of construction drawings, materials, tools, and equipment.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to monitor construction quality and project progress.
Good knowledge of construction site health and safety requirements.
Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.`
