The Concierge will provide personalized assistance to guests, ensuring their requests are handled efficiently and professionally and contributing to an exceptional hospitality experience.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist guests upon arrival and throughout their stay.
Provide information about hotel services, facilities and local attractions.
Assist with restaurant reservations, transportation arrangements and other guest requests.
Coordinate airport transfers, taxis and other transportation requirements.
Assist with luggage and guest belongings where necessary.
Handle special requests promptly and professionally.
Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless guest service.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local restaurants, attractions, events and services.
Assist VIP guests and coordinate special arrangements.
Resolve routine guest concerns and escalate complex matters appropriately.
Maintain excellent grooming, courtesy and professional conduct.
Requirements
Minimum of OND/HND in Hospitality Management, Tourism or a related discipline.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in hospitality, concierge, front office or guest services.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong knowledge of local attractions, restaurants and transportation options.
Excellent customer-service and problem-solving skills.
Smart and professional appearance.
Ability to remain composed under pressure.
Ability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
Salary: ₦100,000–₦150,000 monthly
