Job Summary
Responsible for performing client examinations, diagnoses, and treatments while providing comprehensive clinical services in accordance with standard medical practices and professional codes of conduct. The role also involves leading and managing the center''s clinical team, ensuring high-quality patient care, and providing technical mentorship.
Key Responsibilities
Examine in-patients and out-patients, administer and prescribe treatments, and deliver comprehensive Sexual and Reproductive Health (SRH) services (safe abortion care, family planning, ANC/PNC).
Assess and treat pediatric and newborn illnesses, conduct health checkups, and identify signs of physical or psychological abuse.
Lead and manage the clinical team, providing technical mentoring, coaching, and clinical quality assurance support.
Ensure strict adherence to national medical protocols, electronic health record documentation, and client-centric care standards.
Support center business development and service promotion through community outreach and referral coordination.
Educational Qualification & Experience Requirements
Education
MD (General Practitioner) OR BSc Degree as a Health Officer / BSc in Nursing. Valid renewed professional practice license required.
Experience
Minimum of 2 years of clinical service experience for BSc Health Officers/Nurses, or 1 year of experience for MD General Practitioners (SRH service experience preferred).
