Job Overview
YellowDoor Hotels is a boutique hotel group in Abuja operating 24 hours a day across premium apartments and a flagship restaurant. This is the senior security leadership seat: you own the strategy, the team, and the systems that keep guests, staff, and assets safe around the clock. If you have built security operations from the ground up and led people through real emergencies, this role was written for you.
Responsibilities
Oversee all three shifts and maintain 24/7 security coverage across the property
Lead incident investigations and produce accurate, confidential written reports
Manage CCTV, access control, fire, and alarm systems to ensure full operational coverage
Enforce loss-prevention controls across cash points, bar, kitchen, and storerooms
Build, roster, train, and appraise an in-house security team across all shifts
Serve as on-site incident commander during emergencies until handover to external services
