About the Role
The Call Centre Executive will serve as a key point of contact between Oceanic Health Management Limited, its members, and other stakeholders.
The successful candidate will provide timely, professional, and empathetic assistance while ensuring that inquiries, requests, and complaints are appropriately handled and resolved.
Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries through telephone and other approved communication channels.
Provide accurate information on healthcare services, benefits, providers, and related inquiries.
Receive, document, and follow up on complaints and service requests.
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions.
Deliver excellent customer service in line with the organization''s service standards.
Collaborate with medical providers, claims, and other operational teams.
Ensure confidentiality of all personal and health information.
Minimum Requirements
Candidates must meet one of the following criteria:
B.NSc / Registered Nurse.
Have relevant professional experience in a call centre or customer service environment.
Required Competencies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong customer-service orientation.
Good listening and problem-solving skills.
Ability to remain calm and professional when handling difficult situations.
Good computer literacy.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
