About the Role
The Regional Manager, Medical Operations, will provide medical and operational leadership for Oceanic Health Management Limited''s healthcare activities within the assigned region, ensuring effective service delivery, provider performance, and quality of care.
Key Responsibilities
Provide leadership for regional medical operations.
Monitor the quality and effectiveness of healthcare services delivered to members.
Manage relationships with healthcare providers within the region.
Review medical utilization and identify opportunities for improved cost and quality management.
Support the resolution of complex clinical and member-related issues.
Monitor provider performance and adherence to agreed standards.
Collaborate with central medical operations and other departments.
Provide clinical and operational guidance to regional teams.
Prepare and review regional medical operations reports.
Support continuous improvement initiatives across the region.
Minimum Requirements
Must be a medical doctor with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
Valid registration and license to practice in Nigeria.
Relevant experience in healthcare management, HMO operations, managed care, or a related environment is preferred.
Demonstrated ability to lead healthcare teams and manage stakeholders.
