We are seeking a highly motivated and results driven Business Development Officer to join our team.
Identify and develop new business opportunities
Acquire and onboard new customers
Promote the company''s financial products and services
Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Meet and exceed assigned business development and revenue targets.
Conduct market research and identify potential clients and business opportunites.
Prepare regular reports on business development activities and performance.
Requirements
Candidates should possess a Bachelor''s Degree with a minimum of 2 years'' experience in Business Development, Sale, Marketing or a related role
Previous experience working in a bank or financial institution is an added advantage.
Proven ability to acquire new customers and grow existing relationships.
Strong knowledge of financial products, customer acquisition, and sales strategies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and meet set targets.
Must be target driven, proactive, and customer focused.
