Job Summary
The Branch Manager oversees the overall day-to-day administrative and operational activities of Abajifar Medical Center''s branch in Jimma. Reporting directly to the CEO, the role ensures high-quality healthcare service delivery, manages human resources and financial performance, and maintains positive stakeholder relations across the medical facility.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Management:
Oversee daily branch operations to ensure efficient, high-quality, and patient-centered healthcare service delivery.
Staff Supervision & Development:
Manage, supervise, and coordinate branch personnel, monitor performance, and support ongoing professional development and training.
Financial Oversight:
Monitor branch financial performance, revenue generation, operational expenses, and budget execution.
Compliance & Standards:
Ensure strict compliance with corporate policies, national healthcare regulations, and medical professional standards.
Patient Relations & Reporting:
Handle patient concerns, resolve feedback promptly, maintain positive community and stakeholder relationships, and submit regular operational reports to the CEO.
Resource & Facility Management:
Ensure the proper utilization, security, and maintenance of medical equipment, supplies, and facility infrastructure.
Educational Qualification & Experience Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Management, Business Administration, Public Health, Nursing, or a related field.
Experience
Minimum of 2 years of relevant managerial or administrative experience.
