Job Summary
The Barman/Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining a clean and organized bar, managing beverage stock, accurately processing orders, and providing excellent guest service in line with DAL''s standards.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
Take and process guest orders accurately and promptly.
Maintain a clean, hygienic, and well-organized bar area.
Monitor beverage and bar supplies and report low stock levels.
Conduct regular stock counts and maintain accurate stock records.
Minimize wastage, spillage, and unauthorized use of beverages.
Record sales and orders accurately.
Ensure proper handling and storage of beverages and bar equipment.
Provide courteous, professional, and responsive service to guests.
Handle guest complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
Comply with company policies, hygiene standards, and applicable legal requirements.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum of
OND
or equivalent qualification.
Previous experience as a bartender, barman, or in a similar hospitality role is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of beverages, bar operations, and hygiene practices.
