Job Summary
ZamZam Bank is seeking a technology professional to support its core banking operations, system parameterization, and reporting infrastructure. The role involves working with the FlexCube core banking system across Islamic banking modules (such as IBD, Financing, PDM, and Retail Teller), managing databases, and ensuring smooth technical workflows for the bank''s digital services.
Key Responsibilities
Support and maintain the FlexCube core banking system, including modules for IBD, Financing, PDM, Retail Teller, and FlexCube Origination.
Handle system parameterization, customization, and the development of Business Intelligence (BI) reports.
Manage database systems, write and optimize SQL queries, and ensure Linux operating system competency for stable server environments.
Collaborate across departments to align technical systems with banking and finance fundamentals, retail/commercial/Islamic banking product lifecycles, accounting, and back-office operations.
Qualifications
Education
BSc degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Information Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Experience
2 years of experience required, preferably with hands-on knowledge of the FlexCube core banking system.
Required Skills
Technical Skills:
FlexCube core banking modules (IBD, LC BC, Financing, PDM, Retail Teller, Origination), parameterization, customization, BI report development, database management, SQL queries, and Linux operating system competency.
Core Competencies:
Strong knowledge of banking and finance fundamentals, retail/commercial/Islamic banking product lifecycles, accounting, back-office operations, and strong communication skills.
