Applicants should demonstrate:
Proficiency in developing and/or applying established standard operating procedures to determine the presence of drugs, alcohol, poisons, biological fluids (i.e saliva, blood, semen) etc.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of underlying principles involved in analysis of biological samples, organic and inorganic substances including solutions preparation for use in testing and operating laboratory equipment
Attention to detail and accuracy
Good written and verbal communication skills
Professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data-recording tools
Ability to meet deadlines and work in a team-oriented environment
