Job Summary
We seek the services of an experienced professional to work with us as Head, Human Resources.
The Head, HR will provide strategic leadership for the Bank''s people and culture agenda, overseeing talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, learning and development, compensation, employee relations, and compliance with employment laws and HR best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement the Bank''s HR strategy in line with its business objectives.
Lead recruitment, talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce planning initiatives.
Oversee performance management, employee engagement, learning, and career development.
Develop and implement effective HR policies, procedures, and employee welfare programs.
Manage employee relations and ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and regulations.
Drive succession planning, talent management, and leadership development.
Oversee compensation, benefits, payroll coordination, and staff welfare initiatives.
Promote a positive, high-performance, and inclusive organizational culture.
Provide HR insights and recommendations to Executive Management on people-related matters.
Monitor HR metrics and prepare periodic reports for Management.
Lead, supervise, coach, and develop the HR team.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor''s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
CIPM, SHRM, or other relevant professional certification is an advantage.
Master''s degree is an added advantage.
Minimum of 7–10 years'' relevant experience, including experience in a senior or managerial HR role.
Strong experience in banking, microfinance, fintech, or other regulated financial institutions is an advantage.
Proven experience in talent management, employee relations, performance management, organizational development, and HR policy implementation.
