Role Overview
Positioned at the intersection of client strategy, course innovation, and program execution, the Learning & Development Coordinator works directly with clients to diagnose organizational needs and craft targeted training proposals that drive cultural and operational performance. Operating from our Lekki office, you will curate and co-create forward-thinking curricula ranging from artificial intelligence applications to emotional intelligence by leveraging a network of expert facilitators.
You will oversee the complete lifecycle of every learning program, from initial needs assessment and facilitator alignment to seamless logistics management and certificate issuance. Where the need arises, you will also facilitate training sessions directly, ensuring effective delivery and a strong learning experience for participants.
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Proposal Development
Meet with client stakeholders to identify organizational gaps, culture objectives, and capability needs.
Co-create tailored L&D proposals, strategic learning plans, and curriculum roadmaps designed to improve organisational performance.
Curriculum Innovation & Facilitator Network Management
Research and integrate market-relevant, modern course topics (e.g., Practical AI tools, Emotional Intelligence, Digital Leadership, Hybrid Work Collaboration).
Source, onboard, and manage relationships with top-tier external facilitators and subject matter experts.
Partner with facilitators to customise training content, participant guides, and learning outcomes to match specific client briefs.
End-to-End Program Coordination & Logistics
Manage end-to-end training logistics for both physical (in-person) and virtual delivery formats.
Handle scheduling, venue preparation, training kit distribution, and participant registration.
Oversee real-time execution during live sessions to ensure facilitators hit key learning objectives and maintain high participant engagement.
Operations, Evaluation & Certification
Issue official certificates of completion to participants following program verification.
Collect, analyse, and report on post-training feedback, ROI metrics, and participant satisfaction scores.
Maintain centralised training records, LMS entries, and facilitator database metrics.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience
3–5 years of demonstrated experience in Learning & Development, corporate training coordination, or HR program management.
Market Insight:
Deep familiarity with current corporate skill trends, particularly in digital transformation, AI applications, and soft skill development (EQ, leadership, communication).
Network & Sourcing:
Proven ability to source, negotiate with, and direct external facilitators and industry experts.
Technical Proficiency:
Hands-on experience managing Learning Management Systems (LMS), virtual training platforms (Zoom, Teams), and survey evaluation tools.
