We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee the company’s day-to-day operations and drive operational excellence, efficiency, profitability, and sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily business and operational activities.
Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
Ensure effective execution and delivery of projects and contracts.
Lead operations, technical, procurement, logistics, and support functions.
Monitor operational performance, budgets, costs, and key performance indicators.
Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, regulatory, and industry standards.
Build and lead high-performing operational teams.
Identify operational risks and implement effective solutions.
Support senior management in business growth and strategic initiatives.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
MBA or relevant postgraduate/professional qualification is an advantage.
Minimum 10 years’ experience in the oil and gas industry, with substantial experience in a senior operational management role.
Proven experience managing oil and gas servicing operations, projects, contracts, and multidisciplinary teams.
Strong knowledge of HSE, quality management, regulatory compliance, and operational risk management.
Demonstrated ability to improve efficiency, control costs, and deliver projects successfully.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.
Strong commercial awareness, integrity, and results-oriented mindset.
