Job Summary
The District Manager / District Operations Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, directing, and supervising the overall activities of branches within the district, driving deposit mobilization and share sales strategies, ensuring service quality, and monitoring branch performance against strategic targets.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, organize, direct, and coordinate the major functions of the district to achieve strategic objectives.
Drive deposit mobilization strategies and ensure district-wide deposit targets are met.
Monitor banking service operational strategies and ensure high standards of client service quality across branches.
Participate in market assessments, environmental scanning, and branch potential identification.
Analyze operational underperformance and suggest corrective improvements for deposits and customer growth.
Oversee branch requisitions, inter- and intra-district integration, and ongoing share sales mobilization and reporting.
Report periodic results and performance metrics to the Senior Director of Branch Operations and Resource and other concerned organs.
Educational Qualification & Experience Requirements
Education
Master’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience
Six (6) years of relevant experience for a Master''s degree, or Eight (8) years for a Bachelor''s degree,
of which at least 2 years must be in a supervisory position.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong leadership, strategic planning, and team management capabilities.
Proven ability in market research, financial performance tracking, and client follow-up.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
