Job Summary
KPMG is currently seeking an Inbound Logistics & Coordination Officer to support inbound logistics activities by coordinating deliveries, tracking material movements, and facilitating communication between logistics providers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
You’re a strong candidate if you have:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline; with a minimum of Second-Class Lower (2.2) GPA.
Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain operations, or materials coordination.
Proficiency in data analytical tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel) and enterprise systems e.g. ERP/SCM.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Relevant professional certifications in logistics and supply chain management (e.g., CIPS, APICS/ASCM, CSCP, CLTD, Six Sigma) will be an advantage.
Experience working in oil & gas, energy, or large industrial environments is preferred.
You’ll help our oil and gas clients succeed by:
Coordinating inbound logistics activities to ensure materials are received in accordance with operational requirements.
Monitoring shipment milestones and delivery schedules
Maintaining logistics tracking records and delivery status reports
Coordinating shipping and import documentation with relevant stakeholders
Supporting shipment tracking, documentation, and delivery confirmation activities.
Monitoring inbound logistics schedules and delivery status updates.
Escalating delivery-related issues impacting material availability and operational schedules.
Coordinating with warehouse, materials, procurement and operations team to support material availability
Supporting logistics performance measurement and continuous improvement initiatives
Generating reports on shipment status, delivery performance and logistics exceptions
Supporting operational continuity through effective logistics coordination.
