Prepare cakes, pastries, desserts, and baked treats.
Create attractive dessert presentations.
Develop new pastry recipes.
Monitor baking quality and consistency.
Ensure cleanliness of pastry stations.
Prepare shawarma, pizzas, and related specialty items.
Ensure proper cooking temperatures and food handling.
Prepare doughs, sauces, and fillings.
Maintain product consistency and quality.
Manage ingredient inventory.
Requirements
Relevant culinary experience.
Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques.
Ability to work under pressure.
Good hygiene practices.
Team
oriented attitude.
Experience in pastry production.
Creativity and attention to detail.
Experience with shawarma and pizza preparation.
Knowledge of food safety practices.
