Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable Dispatch Rider responsible for the safe and timely delivery of packages, documents, and items while ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to traffic regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Pick up and deliver packages to assigned locations within Lagos.
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of items to customers.
Maintain proper records of deliveries and payments where applicable.
Inspect and maintain the motorcycle in good working condition.
Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations during deliveries.
Report delivery issues, delays, or vehicle maintenance needs promptly.
Requirements
Minimum of SSCE/OND qualification.
Valid Rider’s Permit and Lagos State Driver’s License.
1–2 years experience as a dispatch rider.
Good knowledge of Lagos routes and road network.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
