The Federal Government of Somalia has received financing from the World Bank towards the cost of the Somalia - Horn of Africa Infrastructure Integration Project (SHIIP) and intends to apply part of the proceeds for Consulting Services.2. The consulting services (?the Services?) include developing standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the Mogadishu Port in Somalia. The Consultant will undertake all the specific tasks detailed in the Terms of Reference. The assignment duration is 5 months (20 weeks), and the professional staff-months are 20.3.
