Real Estate Surveyor

The Real Estate Surveyor is responsible for generating qualified potential clients for the real estate company by conducting surveys, attending networking events, and being present in high traffic areas. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the real estate market and be able to identify potential clients who are likely to be interested in buying property. Responsibilities Conduct surveys of potential clients to determine their interest in real estate Attend open houses and network with potential clients Identify potential clients who are likely to be interested in buying property Qualify potential clients and determine their budget and timeline Schedule appointments for potential clients with telemarketing agents Track and report on the number of qualified leads generatedCertificate, Diploma or Bachelors degree in marketing or a related field 1+ years of experience in real estate sales or marketing Strong understanding of the real estate market Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build relationships with potential clients Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
