well servicing, workover operations, field coordination, and contractor management
? We are looking for a skilled professional to coordinate well service activities and ensure safe, efficient field operations.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily
workover and well servicing operations
for assigned assets and rigs
Serve as the primary field liaison between Company teams, contractors, vendors, and field personnel
Monitor contractor performance, safety compliance, and operational efficiency
Ensure operations comply with Company, environmental, regulatory, and safety requirements
Review daily reports, operational data, and job progress
Coordinate rigs, equipment, personnel, materials, and field logistics
Assist with troubleshooting and recommend corrective actions
Verify work is completed according to approved procedures and engineering recommendations
Conduct field inspections, safety observations, and audits
Support incident investigations and corrective action implementation
Monitor operational costs and identify cost-saving opportunities
Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with Production, Engineering, Regulatory, and Supply Chain teams
Requirements
High School Diploma/GED or equivalent
8+ years of oil & gas operations experience
5+ years of workover, well servicing, completions, or production experience
preferred
Strong knowledge of
workover operations, artificial lift, well integrity, and production equipment
Experience coordinating contractors and oilfield service companies
Knowledge of safety, environmental, and industry requirements
Ability to interpret well schematics, procedures, and technical reports
Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational reporting systems
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
Willingness to travel between field locations and work extended or rotating schedules
