Key Responsibilities
Staff Control:
Firmly lead, direct, and enforce strict discipline among ground staff and team supervisors.
Operations & Orders:
Oversee daily receiving, stock organization, order processing, and timely dispatch.
Inventory Control:
Conduct stock audits, manage inventory levels, and eliminate loss or damage.
Policy Enforcement:
Enforce strict punctuality, safety, and operational standards on the floor.
Requirements
Leadership:
Proven experience managing both warehouse staff and subordinate supervisors.
Management Style:
Strict, assertive, and highly disciplined with strong authority.
Location & Hours:
Resident of Iyana Ipaja/Ayobo axis; fully available Monday through Saturday.
