Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests warmly and provide prompt, courteous service.
Present menus, take accurate food and beverage orders, and serve guests efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of dining areas.
Ensure guests are satisfied with their meals and promptly attend to their requests.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
Process bills and payments accurately, where required.
Adhere to the hotel''s hygiene, safety, and service standards
Requirements
Minimum of SSCE or equivalent qualification.
Previous experience as a waitress in a hotel, restaurant, or hospitality establishment is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good personal hygiene, grooming, and a professional appearance.
Customer-focused, honest, punctual, and attentive to details.
Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
