Key Roles and Responsibilities
The successful candidates will be responsible for the following duties:
Edit and produce high-quality promotional and marketing videos for real estate projects.
Create engaging short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
Edit property walkthroughs, apartment showcases, construction progress updates, interviews, and promotional campaigns.
Incorporate professional transitions, sound effects, background music, subtitles, color correction, and motion graphics.
Develop creative visual storytelling techniques to showcase properties and attract potential buyers.
Ensure consistency in video quality, branding, and overall visual presentation.
Collaborate with the marketing and content creation team to develop engaging video concepts.
Manage multiple editing projects and deliver content within assigned deadlines.
Stay updated with current video editing techniques, social media trends, and creative approaches.
About You
Required Qualifications
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in film production, Multimedia, Digital Media, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience in video editing and content production.
Previous experience in real estate marketing, advertising, or digital content creation is an advantage.
A strong portfolio demonstrating previous video editing projects is required.
Required Skills
✓ Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar professional editing software.
✓ Strong understanding of video storytelling, composition, transitions, and color grading.
✓ Ability to create engaging content optimized for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook.
✓ Knowledge of motion graphics, sound design, and visual effects.
✓ Creativity, attention to detail, and time management skills.
✓ Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Desired Skills
Experience editing real estate promotional videos and property showcases.
Understanding of digital marketing and social media content strategies.
Ability to transform raw footage into compelling marketing content.
Photography and videography skills are an added advantage.
