Comfortable and proficient with
Figma
Has basic
UX skills
and can design clear
user flows
Able to design
intuitive and user-friendly UI
Can build and maintain a
consistent design system
Communicates clearly
Takes feedback well and can make improvements based on feedback
Pays strong attention to detail
Must have
1–2 completed projects
in their portfolio
Nice to Have
Fintech app design experience
Experience designing financial, banking, payment, savings, lending, or similar applications
