Responsibilities
Inputting raw data into computer system and database.
Ensure accuracy and perform quality control checks to identify and reconcile discrepancies.
Communicating with various branches, management and Depot Officer to clarify queries, obtain missing information and ensure proper data collection.
Follow protocols to maintain the confidentiality and security of sensitive data, ensuring it is protected from unauthorised access.
Identify and resolve problems related to data processing operations and computer system.
Requirements
:
Bachelor''s Degree or HND in related field.
Must be computer literate.
Must have accounting background / knowledge.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Goal oriented mindset and a driven personality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Self motivated and result driven with a strong work ethics.
