We are looking for a proactive and organized Academy and Training Coordinator to support the day-to-day running of our Academy. You will manage training activities, coordinate facilitators and trainees, and work closely with the Brand & Communications team to drive course visibility and engagement.
Key Responsibilitie
Coordinate academy operations and ensure smooth training delivery
Manage the academy website and track trainee applications
Source and coordinate facilitators (scheduling, bookings, follow-ups)
Serve as the primary contact for trainees (from application to completion)
Collaborate with Brand & Communications to support course promotions
Maintain records and ensure compliance with training processes
Requirements
2–5 years experience
Strong organizational and coordination skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Key Skills:
Attention to detail
Multitasking and coordination
Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or e-learning platforms
Experience coordinating training programs or corporate events
Knowledge of the oil & gas or professional services sector is an added advantage (not compulsory)
