Job Summary
GeezJobs is looking for a qualified and experienced
trainer
to deliver practical training for participants under one of our employment-focused projects.

Sales skills
Customer service
Basic IT and digital skills
Qualification
Experience delivering training to participants with
different levels of education and digital literacy
.
Flexibility to conduct
in-person and/or virtual sessions
.
Bachelor’s degree or relevant professional qualification in
Business, Marketing, Management, IT, Education, Human Resources
, or a related field.
At least
2–4 years of experience delivering training
in sales, customer service, employability, or digital/IT skills.
Demonstrated practical experience in
sales and customer service
.
Good knowledge of
basic IT and digital skills
, including Microsoft Office, email, internet use, online communication, and basic digital tools.
Experience working with
young people, job seekers, or employment-focused programs
is an advantage.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to use
practical, interactive, and participant-friendly training methods
rather than only lecture-based teaching.
Ability to prepare training materials, exercises, and simple assessments.
Fluency in
English and Amharic
would be preferable.
