The Nature Conservancy Zambia intends to establish a prequalified supplier database for the provision of goods, works and services for a minimum period of two (2) years.

TNC Zambia hereby invites applications from qualified and eligible individuals, companies, firms and organizations for prequalification as suppliers under the various categories of goods, works and services for the period 2026 -2028.

To be eligible for prequalification, applicants must demonstrate their capacity and qualifications by submitting the following documentation: Certificate of Business Registration/Incorporation; Valid Business or Trading License; Membership certificates or licenses from relevant regulatory, professional, or accrediting bodies, where applicable; Valid Tax Identification Number (TPIN); Certified latest audited financial statements; Proof of office location and physical address; Details of relevant experience in providing similar goods, works, or services; References from clients or organizations for which similar services have been provided, preferably within the last three (3) years.
