WHAT YOU WILL DO
Responsible for Distribution set up, that is designing the Beat plans for the distributor(s) for assigned territory in consultation with the Regional Sales Manager to ensure optimum coverage of the market.
Distributors'' infrastructure – As part of appointing distributors, job holder will be responsible for getting the relevant infrastructure on board, including Distribution units, Warehouse, Beat plan, Salesmen, Distributors'' finance, etc.
Distributors'' Management: For long-term efficient performance, track distributors’ efficiencies and ensure that all distributor related issues are monitored and addressed. Responsible for monitoring and reporting ROI.
Management information system (MIS) – Ensures correct tracking of business acivities and maintain all the MIS for assigned territory and hare same with line manager and the Head Office.
Responsible for driving Sales Target and lead the process for further breaking down the territory sales target to channels and beats.
Team Management – Review Sales performances of distributors'' sales team and implement relevant training programs for improved performance.
Market intelligence – Alert to competition activities in assigned territory in terms of trade and consumer promotions, trade launches, consumer and trade activations, NPD launches etc.
OUR PERFECT CANDIDATE
Holder of HND/BSc in Social Science/Arts or related studies.
Minimum 5 years relevant work expereince with at leat 2 years within the FMCG industry.
Good knowledge and undersanding of the territory.
Excellent Planning skills.
Resilience and result oriented.

Able to use CRM software and MS suites.
