is seeking a motivated and results-driven
pharmaceutical Technical Manager with Sales
experience
to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the technical aspects of the day-to-day operation of the wholesale including promoting and selling pharmaceutical products, maintaining strong relationships with clients, and contributing to the growth of the company.
Key responsibilities include:
Ensure compliance with EFDA regulations and applicable pharmaceutical laws.
Oversee medicine procurement, quality assurance, storage, inventory, and distribution.
Ensure proper documentation, product traceability, and regulatory reporting.
Manage product complaints, recalls, adverse event reporting, and disposal of expired or damaged medicines.
Supervise and train staff on pharmaceutical handling, storage, and quality standards.
Ensure proper control and security of narcotic and psychotropic medicines, where applicable.
About You
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Pharmacy
from a recognized institution.
Valid professional licence and registration
with the relevant Ethiopian regulatory body.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience
, in accordance with applicable EFDA requirements.
Sound knowledge of EFDA regulations, pharmaceutical quality assurance, Good Distribution Practice (GDP), and Good Storage Practice (GSP).
Strong skills in inventory management, documentation, regulatory compliance, and staff supervision.
Demonstrated integrity, attention to detail, and professional accountability.
