Job Summary
RIVET is looking for a Technical Coordinator with experience in the elevator/lift field to coordinate technical teams, oversee projects, liaise with clients, and support daily technical and operational activities. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, good coordination skills, and hands-on experience in elevator/lift installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and follow up on electrical and mechanical teams.
Monitor daily elevator installation, maintenance, and project activities.
Ensure work meets required quality and safety standards.
Communicate with clients and follow up on their requirements and concerns.
Coordinate between clients, technical teams, sales, and management.
Follow up on project progress and report issues to management.
Prepare project documents, service reports, quotations, and other technical documentation.
Support the sales team with technical information and proposals.
Assist with operational planning and improving workflow.
Provide technical support and guidance to technicians when required.
Handle assigned office and administrative tasks related to operations.
Qualifications & Experience
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electro-Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Previous professional experience in the elevator/lift industry is a must.
Minimum 2+ years of experience in elevator installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, commissioning, or technical coordination.
Experience coordinating or leading technical teams is preferred.
Strong knowledge of elevator electrical, mechanical, and control systems.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and manuals.
Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
