Job Summary
The Tender Manager is responsible for overseeing the company''s tendering processes, managing bidding documentation and submissions, and coordinating technical and commercial proposals in alignment with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end tender preparation, submission, and follow-up processes.
Review tender documents, RFPs, and technical specifications to ensure compliance with requirements.
Coordinate with internal engineering and sales teams to compile competitive technical and financial proposals.
Monitor tender timelines, deadlines, and bid openings.
Maintain records of all biddings, contracts, and communication with clients and procuring entities.
Educational Qualification & Experience Requirements
Education
BSc Degree in Electromechanical Engineering.
Experience
Minimum of 4 years of total work experience, including at least 2 years in a Tender Manager role.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong technical background in electromechanical systems.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and negotiation abilities.
