Job Summary
An exciting vacant position has arisen at East Africa Bottling Share Company – Ethiopia for the role of Store Keeper.
Key Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders and delivery documents.
Store materials safely and systematically to ensure easy identification and accessibility.
Issue materials and supplies in accordance with approved procedures and requests.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date stock records in manual and/or computerized inventory systems.
Conduct regular inventory counts and stock verifications, and reconcile any discrepancies.
Monitor stock levels and support Material Requirement Planning (MRP) activities to ensure material availability.
Prepare inventory and stock movement reports as required.
Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and company standards.
Maintain housekeeping standards in the store area in line with 5S principles (Sort, Systematize, Shine, Standardize, and Sustain).
Follow operational safety procedures and promote a safe working environment.
Support periodic audits and provide required inventory documentation.
Required Qualifications
Education
First Degree in Purchasing & Supplies Management, Management, Accounting, Logistics & Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Experience
0-1 year Experience in storekeeping, warehouse operations, inventory management, or a related area is an advantage.
Experience in receiving, storing, and issuing materials.

Basic computer skills (MS Office)
Knowledge of GMP and 5S principles
