The Role
We are looking for a
Sponsorship Sales Representative
who can find potential sponsors, reach the right decision makers and close deals.
This is a hands on sales role. You will identify businesses that are a good fit for WhoDeyOnline, start conversations, pitch our sponsorship opportunities, follow up with prospects and turn those conversations into paying partnerships.
We already have the platform, audience and sponsorship opportunities.
We need someone who can sell them.
What You Will Do
Find and approach potential sponsors and advertisers
Identify and reach the right decision makers within businesses
Make sales calls and conduct outreach through email, LinkedIn and other appropriate channels
Pitch WhoDeyOnline sponsorship opportunities
Follow up consistently with prospects
Handle objections and negotiate within approved terms
Close sponsorship deals
Keep track of prospects and active sales opportunities
Build relationships that can lead to repeat business
What We Are Looking For
We want someone who is comfortable selling and knows how to make things happen.
You should be able to find your own prospects, confidently approach businesses, speak with decision makers, follow up consistently and ask for the sale.
Previous sales experience is required. Experience selling advertising, media, sponsorships, marketing services or other B2B services is a strong advantage.
Most importantly, you should know how to prospect, pitch, follow up and close.

Previous sales experience
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Comfortable with cold outreach and sales calls
Confident speaking with business decision makers
Strong prospecting, follow up and closing skills
Resourceful and able to work independently
Good understanding of the Nigerian business environment
Based in Nigeria
Available to start immediately
Compensation
This role comes with a ₦100,000 monthly base salary plus uncapped sales commission.
You will earn 10% commission on sponsorship revenue you personally bring in and successfully close, payable after WhoDeyOnline receives payment from the client.
There is no cap on commission. The more business you bring in, the more you earn.
Strong performance can lead to increased earning opportunities and greater responsibilities as WhoDeyOnline grows.
