Responsibility:
Maintain accurate records of all spare parts, components, consumables, and accessories in stock.
Monitor stock levels and identify minimum, maximum, and reorder.
Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile physical quantities with ERP/system records.
Ensure proper identification, labelling, coding, and categorization of spare parts.
Maintain appropriate stock levels for critical and fast-moving truck parts.
Receive authorized requests for spare parts from the Workshop and other approved users.
Issue parts against approved job cards, work orders and store requisitions.
Requirements
Bachelor''s Degree or HND in Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 2-4 years'' relevant experience in spare parts, quantities.
inventory, stores, procurement, or warehouse management.
Previous experience in a truck, heavy-duty vehicle, automotive, logistics, transport, or fleet maintenance environment is strongly preferred.
Experience working with an ERP/inventory management system, preferably Microsoft Dynamics, is desirable. Ability to identify parts using part numbers, specifications, vehicle models, chassis numbers, and engine types.
