Job Summary
The Spare Part Sales Expert is responsible for promoting and selling excavator and heavy equipment spare parts, expanding the customer base, building strong customer relationships, and delivering excellent after-sales service.
Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, Automotive Technology, or a related field.
Minimum
2 years
of relevant experience in heavy equipment or excavator spare parts sales.
Good knowledge of excavator components and spare parts.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications.
