Key Responsibilities
Manage software development projects from planning through implementation.
Develop, integrate, maintain and support enterprise applications.
Ensure compliance with software development standards and application lifecycle processes.
Lead application performance reviews, upgrades and maintenance activities.
Provide technical support, user training, acceptance testing and post-implementation assistance.
Ensure proper documentation of software projects, procedures, technical processes and user manuals.
Work closely with IT teams and service providers to resolve application issues.
Ensure minimal application downtime and reliable access to business-critical information.
Support the development and re-engineering of multiple software projects annually.
Promote HSE compliance and safe working practices.
Requirements
University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems/Engineering, Software Engineering, Information & Knowledge Management, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 15 years'' experience in IS analysis, design, software development and management within large-scale enterprise environments.
Experience supporting E&P / Oil & Gas operations is highly desirable.
Good knowledge of DBMS, Windows Server/Workstation environments, software development methodologies, data management and application support.
Strong project management, problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
Strong team-building, leadership and stakeholder-management skills.
