Write copy that sounds like a person, not a press release
Brief or produce visual assets in Canva or Figma
Manage community: respond to comments and DMs, and route real leads to sales
Report monthly on reach, engagement, and follower growth, with recommendations
What we''re looking for
2+ years managing social accounts for a brand or agency
Strong writing — this is the core of the job
Comfortable with basic design tools and short-form video editing
Fluent in how LinkedIn works for B2B specifically
Able to show accounts you''ve grown
Nice to have
Experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, or HR tech
Paid social experience
Basic video production skills
