About The Role
You’ll join Bumpa’s Growth & Marketing team, working closely with the team to create content that is relevant, entertaining, and valuable to business owners. This is a collaborative role, but we’re looking for someone who can take ownership, bring ideas to the table, and see them through from idea to execution. The work will be creative, fast-paced, and hands-on.
Your responsibilities
Create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, and other platforms.
Come up with creative, relatable, and entertaining content ideas.
Stay on top of trends, memes, conversations, and internet culture.
Create short-form videos, reels, carousels, stories, and other social content.
Be comfortable
showing up on camera
and creating content.
Turn business and entrepreneurship topics into content people actually want to consume.
Work with the Content & Social Media team to plan and execute campaigns.
Engage with our community and understand what resonates.
Track content performance and use insights to improve.
Take ownership of projects and follow through from idea to execution.
What We’re Looking For
2–3 years of experience in social media management & content creation.
Someone who
genuinely loves social media
and understands what makes content work.
Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok and X.
Creative, curious, and highly plugged into trends and internet culture.
Good storytelling, copywriting, and basic video-editing skills.
Comfortable creating and appearing in content.
Proactive, collaborative, and able to work independently.
Interested in
business, entrepreneurship, and startups.
A portfolio or examples of content you’ve created or managed.
