Requirements
Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience as a Site Engineer, preferably on highway and bridge projects.
BSc/HND in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
Strong knowledge of highway and bridge construction methods, engineering standards, and best practices.
Proven experience in site supervision, project execution, and contractor management.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and construction plans.
Good understanding of Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) requirements.
Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet project deadlines.
