Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated site engineer to supervise and ensure project execution in accordance with the required standard and schedule. The successful candidate will be part of the technical team and ensure efficient site operations and timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on site.
Ensure construction works are executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
Monitor project progress, quality, and workmanship.
Coordinate and supervise contractors, subcontractors, and site teams.
Review drawings, specifications, and technical documents and identify discrepancies.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, structural and MEP engineers.
Monitor material usage and ensure proper implementation of approved materials.
Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical and construction-related issues.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
Monitor work schedules and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
Ensure compliance with construction standards, safety requirements, and project procedures.
Assist in quantity measurements, work verification, and contractor payment documentation.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
5 years of relevant site experience.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site management.
Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with contractors and subcontractors.
Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
