Role Summary
Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicles (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic systems) to ensure safety, performance, and customer satisfaction. Provide technical support both in the workshop and at field sites.
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose faults using diagnostic tools and software.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance (engines, transmissions, brakes, electronics).
Respond to breakdowns and carry out on-site repairs.
Conduct pre-delivery and post-repair inspections.
Prepare service reports, job cards, and maintenance records.
Liaise with customers to explain technical issues and solutions.
Requirements
B.Eng / HND in Mechanical, Automotive, or related field.
3–5 years of hands-on experience in automotive service / repair.
Strong knowledge of electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems.
Experience with heavy-duty trucks (e.g., SINOTRUK, HOWO, Volvo, MAN) is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
