We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Wealth Manager to join our Wealth Management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building long-term relationships, managing investment portfolios, and providing strategic financial advice to help clients achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage a portfolio of 20–30 high-net-worth clients.
Support business growth by onboarding 3–5 new accounts per quarter.
Advise clients on portfolio management, asset allocation, and investment opportunities.
Manage and monitor investment portfolios worth ₦200M+, focusing on sustainable growth and risk management.
Stay informed on market trends, regulatory changes, and emerging financial products.
Prepare and deliver regular client performance reviews and reports to the Head of Wealth.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and close high-value deals.
Excellent financial and analytical skills.
Proven ability to achieve sales/revenue growth targets.
High ethical standards with strong confidentiality in handling client information.
Solid knowledge of investment products such as equities, bonds, mutual funds, and structured products.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum of HND or BSc. in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
3–5 years’ proven experience in wealth management, portfolio advisory, or investment banking.
Demonstrated success in managing client portfolios valued at ₦200M or more.
Professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CIS, ICAN) will be an added advantage.
