Job Summary
Responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining scalable, secure, and high-performing full-stack software applications. The role encompasses back-end and front-end development, database management, API integration, cloud deployment, and software architecture while providing technical leadership and mentoring junior developers.
Key Responsibilities
Software Architecture & Development:
Analyze business requirements, design scalable software architecture, and develop technical specifications and responsive web user interfaces.
Backend & API Engineering:
Develop server-side applications, business logic, and robust RESTful and GraphQL APIs alongside relational and NoSQL databases.
Cloud & DevOps:
Build cloud-based and on-premises applications, configure CI/CD pipelines, and automate software deployment.
Security & Quality Assurance:
Apply robust authentication and encryption standards, ensure compliance with cybersecurity policies, and maintain high code quality through testing.
Technical Leadership:
Mentor junior software developers, improve development standards, and report on project progress and system performance.
Educational Qualification & Experience Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
Experience
Minimum of 8+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong proficiency in backend languages (Python, Java, Node.js) and frameworks (Spring Boot, Django, Express.js, .NET Core).
Solid knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB), microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Required Skill Tags:
