Job Summary
Responsible for leading a team of developers to design, develop, and maintain complex software systems. The role collaborates closely with project managers, product owners, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality, high-performance software products while providing technical mentorship and guidance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development of complex software systems using the latest technologies and programming languages
Design, develop, and maintain software products that meet the highest standards of quality and performance
Manage and mentor a team of developers to ensure the timely and successful delivery of software projects
Collaborate with project managers, product owners, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and scope
Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging activities to ensure high-quality code
Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends, best practices, and technologies to continuously improve the software development process
Communicate project progress, issues, and risks to project managers and other stakeholders
Participate in the recruitment and hiring of new team members
Provide technical guidance and support to team members and other stakeholders
Educational Qualification & Experience Requirements
Education
Bachelor''s or Master''s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
Experience
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in software development, including experience leading a team of developers and managing software projects.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong proficiency in programming languages (such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript), modern frameworks, and agile software development methodologies.
