Job Description
The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales of high-end watches, jewelry and luxury writing instruments to High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs), Very Important Clients (VICs) and corporate customers.
The role requires an experienced luxury sales professional with a strong network among affluent individuals and corporate decision-makers, excellent relationship-management skills and a proven ability to close high-value transactions.
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales of luxury watches, jewelry and writing instruments.
Develop and maintain relationships with HNWIs, VICs and corporate clients.
Proactively identify and pursue new high-value sales opportunities.
Build and manage a strong portfolio of premium clients.
Provide personalized product consultations based on customer preferences and requirements.
Maintain detailed knowledge of product features, brand heritage, craftsmanship and positioning.
Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting through to closing and after-sales relationship management.
Develop clientele strategies to increase repeat purchases and customer loyalty.
Participate in private appointments, exhibitions, launches and VIP events.
Develop corporate sales and gifting opportunities where applicable.
Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular sales reports.
Consistently achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.

Requirements
Bachelor''s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or related discipline.
Minimum 10 years'' sales experience.
Proven experience selling luxury products or serving affluent and corporate clients.
Strong existing network among HNWIs, VICs and/or corporate clients.
Experience in luxury watches, jewellery, fashion, automobiles, premium real estate, private banking or other high-value sectors is highly desirable.
