Description
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead the planning and execution of large-scale Street Souk projects, events and brand activations.
You''ll oversee teams, manage stakeholders and drive projects from strategy and planning through to successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale events, projects and brand activations.
Develop project plans, timelines, budgets and execution strategies.
Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, partners and stakeholders.
Manage multiple workstreams while ensuring quality, timelines and budgets are met.
Identify risks, solve challenges and make decisions to keep projects on track.
Oversee on-ground execution and ensure seamless delivery.
Provide project updates, reports and post-project evaluations.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in project management, events, activations or a related field.
Proven experience leading large-scale events, brand activations or complex projects.
Strong leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills.
Excellent organisational, planning and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple teams, budgets and competing priorities.
Highly proactive, resourceful and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
